A light-filled vacation home awaits those seeking a Baltic Sea getaway on the first floor in Apartment 8. Take the elevator straight to vacation bliss. This 61-square-meter paradise can accommodate up to three adults and one child up to age 15. For an additional fee, we can also provide a high chair for children. Once you arrive, take a deep breath—it’s Baltic Sea air! The beach and the waves are just a few minutes’ walk away. The spacious living room offers plenty of room to relax on the comfortable sofa or the cozy leather armchair with a leather ottoman, or to dine at the wooden table. From here, you can step out onto the 24-square-meter south-facing terrace. The apartment is furnished in an elegant country house style. The white furniture blends beautifully with natural wood materials. Coziness doesn’t preclude high-end technology. A large flat-screen TV with smart features provides entertainment. Also available are a Blu-ray player, a mini hi-fi system with an iPod docking station, and free Wi-Fi. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The large bedroom, with its comfortable double box-spring bed, invites you to dream. It also features a flat-screen TV with smart functionality and a built-in closet with plenty of storage space. A second bedroom features a pull-out box-spring sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a small flat-screen TV with smart functionality. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer. Upon arrival, the beds will already be made and towels will be provided. A private parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you.

Individually designed 2- and 3-room apartments with balconies, terraces, and high-quality amenities await you. An underground parking garage is available for both buildings, with one parking space per apartment. From this garage, you can access the elevator and the apartments in Building B (regardless of whether you arrive with or without a car). From there, you have access to Building A, which does not have an elevator. The upper apartments can only be reached by stairs. It is approximately a 400-meter walk to the beach and the promenade. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
