Have a wonderful vacation! The new 3-room vacation apartment (90 square meters) on the first floor of the front building can accommodate 4 adults and 1 toddler (up to 3 years old in a travel crib). The timelessly elegant furnishings, combined with clean lines and colors, create a modern and stylish yet cozy and comfortable atmosphere—the ultimate vacation experience! The bright living area, featuring a cozy seating area, flat-screen TV, and a modern designer gas fireplace (operated by remote control), is complemented by the open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and flat-screen TVs (one with a spacious walk-in closet) ensure restful nights. A special highlight is the apartment’s own sauna, which is integrated into the beautiful bathroom with a real-glass shower. There is a west-facing balcony, a parking space in the underground garage (No. 8), and free Wi-Fi access. For your convenience, an initial set of linens is provided. For toddlers, a travel crib (without mattress or bedding) and a high chair can be ordered for an additional fee.


***Current Notice: Scaffolding will be erected on the front building of the Dünenpalais from March 18 to 25.03.2027 for the planned facade renovation. The scaffolding will be dismantled facade by facade from May 8 to 13.05.2027. Facade work on the rear building will continue until 14.05.2027. Afterward, the scaffolding there will be dismantled by around 20.05.2027. Minor inconveniences may occur during the periods mentioned. The balconies of the attic apartments 22 and 23 will be unavailable. During scaffolding construction, the outdoor parking spaces cannot be used during the day. Costs for alternative parking will be reimbursed. The dates listed are estimates and may change slightly as construction progresses.***


A modern building in a classic style has recently been completed at the Dünenpalais in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. Here, state-of-the-art living comfort is combined with a prime seaside location. The two newly built villas are connected by arcades and an elevator that also leads to the building’s underground parking garage (entry height 1.90 m), which also houses a bicycle storage room. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
