Located right under the roof of the house, a stylish 2-room vacation apartment (55 square meters) awaits you, accommodating 2 adults and a toddler (up to 3 years old in a travel crib). Modern design, tastefully coordinated colors, and beautiful decorations have been artfully arranged by a skilled interior designer and will quickly put you in a vacation mood. The living area, featuring a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, and designer gas fireplace, is complemented by the open, fully equipped kitchen and the adjacent dining area. The bedroom, featuring comfortable built-in furniture and a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2 m), has a lovely balcony (east-facing) with a view of the Baltic Sea. The second sunny balcony (accessible from the living area), furnished with patio furniture, also offers a beautiful view of the sea over the roofs of the old villas. The spacious bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower [&] toilet. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. A parking space (No. 2) is available in the underground garage. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (without mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair for an additional fee.


***Current Notice: Scaffolding will be erected on the rear building of the Dünenpalais from March 30 to 02.04.2027 in preparation for a planned facade renovation. The scaffolding is expected to be dismantled facade by facade between approximately May 15 and 21.05.2027. Minor inconveniences may occur during this time. The balconies of the attic apartments 24, 25, and 26 will be unavailable during the work. While the scaffolding is being erected, the outdoor parking spaces may be temporarily unavailable during the day. Costs for alternative parking will be reimbursed. Please also note that scaffolding work will already be taking place on the front building from March 18 to 25.03.2027. The dates listed are estimates and may change slightly as construction progresses.***


A modern building in a classic style has recently been completed with the Dünenpalais in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The two newly built villas are connected by covered walkways and an elevator that also leads to the building’s underground parking garage (entry height 1.90 m), which also features a bicycle storage room. The spacious 2- and 3-room apartments, featuring sunny balconies and gas fireplaces (some also include a sauna and ocean views), have been beautifully furnished and offer all the amenities for a special vacation. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
