Enjoy a charming two-room vacation apartment with tasteful, high-quality furnishings, warm colors, and beautiful fabrics. The airy, bright living area features a sleeper sofa and a dining area. The fully equipped, open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The bedroom, featuring a double bed, built-in closet, and a second TV, also has room for a travel crib. A spacious, modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet, along with a beautiful, sunny balcony, round out the apartment, which can accommodate three adults and a toddler up to age 3 in the travel crib. Upon request, we provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an additional fee) for our young guests. The Wi-Fi network in the building can be used free of charge. The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (No. 2).


***Current Notice: Construction work on a new residential building will begin in mid-September 2025 on the property across the street. During this time, the usual disruptions associated with a construction site are to be expected—these may include noise, dust, and increased activity. The work is expected to continue until the end of 2026.***
