Thanks to the underfloor heating, the apartment stays pleasantly warm on cooler days—even for those who tend to have cold feet. A large sun terrace (facing southeast) with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol invites you to relax in the fresh air. There’s nothing quite like breakfast under the open sky. A high-quality kitchenette opens onto the living room. Whether it’s a stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, or electric kettle—everything is provided.
