Welcome to this beautiful 3-room vacation apartment on the mezzanine level! With a size of 60 square meters, it accommodates 2 to 4 people, making it ideal for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of the apartment is the cozy living room with its built-in kitchenette. Here, you can cook, eat, and relax together with your loved ones. The apartment also features two bedrooms. One is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) await you in the second bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. On the spacious west-facing terrace (12 square meters), you’ll find plenty of room to sunbathe and enjoy some quality time under the Usedom sky. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the beds will be made upon your arrival and towels will be provided (initial supply). Free Wi-Fi is also available. A parking space right next to the house rounds out your vacation in Apartment 01.

Tastefully decorated 2- and 3-room apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. The building is just a few steps away from the fine-sand beach and the charming promenade. In the basement of the villa, there is a free sauna and a washing machine, which all guests can use for a fee of EUR 4.00 per load. There is a bicycle storage room for bicycles. Each apartment has one parking space available on the property. The Wi-Fi network in the building is available free of charge.
