Restored in 2006 in accordance with historic preservation guidelines, it combines the special charm of bygone eras with modern, high-quality living comfort. The villa offers exclusive 2- to 3-room apartments with stylish furnishings and great attention to detail. High, bright rooms, modern and high-quality furnishings, as well as light-filled loggias and balconies create a special living atmosphere. A historic staircase and the existing elevator highlight the building’s unique character. The elevator stops halfway up the stairs between each floor. From the very first day of your vacation, enjoy the special charm of this extraordinary villa and its picturesque location between the nearby Baltic Sea beach and the coastal forest. One parking space is available for each apartment for a fee. The initial set of bed linens will already be made up for you upon your arrival, and towels are also provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the building (2 Mbit/s). A lockable bike storage room with an outlet for charging bike batteries is available for your bicycles. Charging bike batteries inside the apartments is not permitted for insurance and safety reasons.
