Welcome to our beautiful, light-filled one-room vacation apartment right on the Heringsdorf promenade—perfect for two people and located on the first floor. Step into the combined living and sleeping area, which features a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV, and a CD and DVD player. The open and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an additional Senseo capsule coffee machine. A dining area at the counter as well as a separate dining area invite you to enjoy your meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. Enjoy the fresh air on the spacious, covered balcony (approx. 12 sqm) with a view of the lake. Underfloor heating provides additional comfort, and an outdoor parking space (No. 17) is available right next to the house. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
