High above the rooftops of the sophisticated town of Heringsdorf, on the Kulm—the seaside resort’s local mountain—stands an old and beautiful seaside villa, Villa San Marino. The town center and the promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away. Lovingly renovated in 2004, it looks down from the Kulm with its arched windows directly onto the Baltic Sea.
