Stylish colors and a modern look instantly create the perfect vacation atmosphere. This beautiful 3-room vacation apartment (75 square meters) is located on the first floor of the building and accommodates 4 adults and one toddler up to 3 years old. The living area, featuring a comfortable seating area and a lovely wood-burning stove, opens onto the open-concept kitchen with a dining area. The south-facing balcony is a particularly great spot to relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery. The apartment also features two bedrooms with double beds and TVs, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a guest restroom. A parking space is available for the apartment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the building. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our younger guests. For your convenience, the beds will be made upon arrival, and towels will be provided (initial supply). As a special treat for your day at the beach, a beach chair is available to you free of charge from mid-May through the end of September (weather permitting).
