The beautiful house is situated in a quiet, nature-rich location in the village of Sellin, an idyllic district of the Kaiserbäder on the island of Usedom, nestled in the wild and romantic landscape of Selliner Schweiz with forests, meadows, and views of the nearby Schmollensee. A small swimming spot with a lovely sunbathing lawn invites you to take a quick dip to cool off. Not far from the well-known seaside resorts of Heringsdorf, Bansin, and Ahlbeck, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in this beautiful house away from the hustle and bustle, while still being just a short distance from the beach, promenades, and a wide variety of excursion options. This beautiful house is the ideal starting point for walks, hikes, and bike rides in Selliner Schweiz—with its forests, meadows, and lakes—as well as to the beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea.

With 120 square meters of living space spread over two floors, a large covered terrace, and a separate sauna with a relaxation room, this beautiful home offers plenty of space for families, couples, or friends. On the first floor, you’ll find a living area with high-quality furniture, tasteful decor, and a fireplace that provides cozy warmth on cooler days. A flat-screen TV allows you to stream Amazon Prime and Netflix using your own account. The enclosed kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all essential appliances. A dining table in the loggia is perfect for shared meals. In front of the house is a small terrace, and behind the building, a covered seating area with a foosball table invites you to enjoy social gatherings.

Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters), blackout curtains, and a closet. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate guest restroom.
