The Delbrück-Villen vacation rental—House 2 D211—is centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Heringsdorf on the island of Usedom. Right on the beach promenade and just a few meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to the sea, the Heringsdorf pier, and restaurants and cafés. The approximately 66-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of Building 2. The living area is comfortably furnished and features a couch, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system. A separate dining area provides space for shared meals. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and small kitchen appliances.

The living room opens onto a covered, furnished balcony. The bedroom features a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters, blackout curtains, and a spacious closet. A special highlight is the second balcony off the bedroom, which offers a view of the promenade and the well-maintained park.
