“Not even worth half of what we paid. Very run down. Scuffed up walls, stained furniture, sketchy elevator. Not like the pictures shown at all. Housekeeping was good, we were able to get our bedding changed when needed. Didn’t feel very safe here though. Probably wouldn’t bring my kids. Will not return”

“We had a wonderful stay at Candlewood Suites Grand Rapids. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, including a convenient kitchenette. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions.
The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable beds, which made for a relaxing stay....

“Do not stay here!! We had to change rooms 3 times because of issues when we were trying to check in! Then the toilet got clogged on the morning we were leaving and the front desk informed us that there wasn’t maintenance on the weekends and gave us an old plunger!!!”

“This is a nice clean hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 days here. My favorite thing and one that is hard to find is the pool goes to 8ft deep! I was so happy to be able swim in deep water! The water was clean and not super chlorinated. It was also a great temperature. They do need to take down their hot tub signs though. They dont have one anymore.”
