“Staff was very friendly. Pool and Hot Tub area was clean and welcoming. Room was clean and well maintained every day. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. Only addition to breakfast that would have been nice is 'cut up' fruit along with the whole fruit in case you just wanted a small amount. ”

“Stayed 2 nights and everything was wonderful. Shuttle pick up at the airport was quick, check in was efficient and staff were extremely friendly. Large hotel with multiple buildings with a lovely view. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Hot coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate etc available 24 hrs. Breakfast was in adjoining restaurant and was plentiful with lots of selections. Cruise pier shuttle also available. Great stay overall ”

“Our room was spacious and spotless, and the lobby allowed us to meet up for games with family. The breakfast was delicious, with many options (I especially loved the scrambled eggs, the overnight oats, and the mini pastries). The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.”

“The Manager at the front desk did not warn us about the Water shutoff that was implemented at 10 AM on Wednesday, May 6. When checking in the staff wasn't very inviting and cordial. The hotel clerk that was checking us in was trying to charge me for an additional $100 or more toward the accomodation even though I had already paid for the room in full minus the incidental deposit. She wasn't very apologetic for her mistakes and didn't inform me of how much longer it would take. The breakfast...

“We had an overall enjoyable stay, but will stay elsewhere next time. The room was clean and spacious with complimentary water & coffee/tea. The beds were comfortable and true-to-size. The in-room entertainment was lacking (older TV, basic channels, no Netflix/streaming platforms). More outlets and/or charging ports would have been appreciated. The daily breakfast featured a good variety with juices, pork and turkey meat options, eggs, potatoes, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, cinnamon rolls,...
