Cottage a Herman

“During our stay, we encountered several issues that I want to bring to your attention. The first room had black hair and stains on the sheets, stained pillows, and a shower/tub drain that was completely plugged. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and the bath towels provided were very small. The breakfast was also disappointing. The waffle batter ran out and there was no staff available to notify. The overall selection was mostly carbohydrates with no protein options, and the coffee tasted...

“Your accommodations were excellent. Food was good. It was a little challenging to get to the second floor. Bathroom was not unexpected park across the street is beautiful too bad. They didn’t have a performance scheduled for the band show. Thank you I’ll stay again when we’re in the neighborhood Jack, Joanne, Paul, and Jerry.”
