“Arriving at the Showboat Hotel our room was not acceptably clean. The floor was sticky and covered with dirt, mini fridge had mold, and the balcony had dirt/bird droppings that was clearly not kept up with. I called the hotel desk which is not in on the weekends, after speaking with hospitality we were sent a housekeeper. “The staff was helpful and friendly and so was the cleaning staff. Good location to downtown and restaurants. The breakfast area was a bit unorganized especially the microwave which was below the refrigerator. For the price it was good.”

“La struttura nel complesso è carina ma secondo me non vale i soldi spesi. Colazione praticamente inesistente (nonostante l'ìnsegna reciti "Continental Breakfast")solo caffè e merendine confezionate. Spazio all'esterno molto carino e Watkins Glen raggiungibile in 3 minuti di auto.Buona la piscina con anche asciugamani a disposizione. Basterebbe migliorare la colazione per dare un valore aggiunto.”
