“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I was extremely disappointed with my stay here. For our 5 night stay we received NO housekeeping at all, even after specifically requesting housekeeping 3 days in a row. On the 3rd request they asked if our do not disturb sign was out and at no point during our stay did we put out the do not disturb sign. On our 3rd day we ran out of body wash and when I requested body wash at the front desk, we were told to use the shampoo because they didn’t...

“All the Staff were very nice and accommodating! Check in was smooth, room was nice and comfortable, free hot breakfast a plus. Everything we needed for our holiday weekend with kids. Would stay again if we go back to town.”

“Unfortunately the hotel is really starting to show its age. We had a two queen room. One of the beds would sink 5” in the middle when weight was applied to it. There was a fair amount of mold in the bathroom especially around the shower and ceiling. The electronic key reader on the door failed to read the key if it wasn’t used every couple hours. We made many trips to the front desk to get the room key reprogrammed. Other guests had the same issues with keys. Most of the staff was very nice. The...

“The mansion itself is beautiful and well maintained. I think they did about as well as possible, but it's not possible to update an early 1900s house to all the modern amenities. The internet was spotty and the layout awkward. One thing that really needed work was the bed. It advertises "premium bed" and it was definitely not premium.
