We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, it was very clean and it was fun to see deer every day. As noted, it is about 4 miles in on a gravel road so takes a bit of time to get there (like 15 minutes from town). We enjoyed this private setting for our stay. I had a question during our stay and the host responded right away. We stayed with our family of 6 adults. The ping pong table provided fun in the evening as well. I would recommend this property.

The log cabin is beautiful and exceptionally clean. It is surrounded by trees and very quiet and private. The property is centrally located to most Black Hills attractions.Note: the roads in this entire area are “hilly and curvy”, so it takes extra time to drive to the various attractions, but the views along the way are amazing!

We had an amazing stay. Check-in process was very easy. Everyone in our group was impressed with the clean and nice the house was. It is a little drive to get places, but the scenery is beautiful, and the seclusion is well worth it! Thanks for a great stay!

This was an amazing place. It was super clean. The beds were super comfy. We were on motorcycle for the 85th Anniversary of Sturgis. The dirt road was very maintained. We love seeing the deer. I loved the deck upstairs, it was my favorite spot We had a great time. I would recommend this house! Thank you for sharing your house

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean, abs had wonderful views and outside space to enjoy! Culver staye Park was not too far which made it easier to come and go. lots of wildlife ad well (deer and turkeys). We look forward to visiting again and recommending this gorgeous house to friend and family. 10/10 experience!

Nature lovers' paradise

The overall stay was great. The property is centrally located to a lot of area activities, but off the beaten path, which we loved. It is very clean and maintained, and it felt like home away from home. We would stay again if we were ever in the area.

Family Reunion

The property is stunning both in natural setting as well as construction. With the ability for short hikes on the property, playing games, reading books, or playing ping pong, the entire family had a great time. My wife was able to make multiple meals with the available utensils, pots, and pans. The central location is ideal for exploring the beauty of the Black Hills.

We had a great stay here. It’s on gravel but they’re nicely maintained roads. It’s the perfect location to all the things we wanted to see. Custer’s Park, Mt Rushmore, Needles Highway, and so much more. The kids loved the ping pong table and the wildlife that came to feed. There was plenty of space for our family of 6.

Great Cabin

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was quiet, peaceful, and a pretty good location for all the things we wanted to do/see in the area. Kitchen had everything we needed for all the meals we prepared there. I loved the stainless steel pans!! Every VRBO we have rented always has scratched up Teflon pans which are so bad to cook with. The only thing they could consider providing is dishsoap in the kitchen (we could not find any, only dishwasher powder), lamps in the bedrooms, and a shade/curtain for the upstairs bedroom on the door that leads to the patio. Looks like there was one there so maybe it broke recently?

A gem in the woods

I’ll start with location, central, all of the point of interest are within a short distance. The area where the cabin is located is peaceful, very quiet and gorgeous. Cabin itself is beautiful, spacious, very comfortable, all you need for a great stay onsite. Very detailed, blends in perfectly with the theme of the area. Beds are really comfortable

Beautiful property

very modern, updated, well appointed house. Exceptionally clean, has everything needed for our stay. Multi-generational family used primarily to visit Mt Rushmore, Crazy horse and surrounding areas. When needed, owners very responsive. Loft area with ping pong table was nice for younger people in our party to enjoy. Beautiful space to look at the stars
