Welcome to Fern Hill Inn- Your Home away from Home!

Fern Hill Inn is warm and cozy with modern features, a great place to spend time with family. Everything is new, fresh and clean! Spend time on the back deck soaking in the hot tub, watching some TV in the family room, maybe hide away behind the barn door and work in the office or simply enjoy a cup of coffee on the huge front porch.

Fern Hill is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath home. The perfect set up for a single couple, a small family or a traveling couple. She also has a killer front porch and a roomy back deck with hot tub.

The home is on a large 1.5 acre lot and is situated above a walkout basement that is not open to renters. Fern Hill Inn is not in a deed restricted neighborhood, so boat and RV parking are welcome, along work vans for our traveling workers.

Great central Citrus location that is close to so much!

The Withlacoochee State bike trail is about a mile down a paved trail, Citrus Hills is right down the road, the cute town of Inverness is only a few miles away, the popular waters of Crystal River are close by, the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow River State Park is less than 15 mins away. If you love nature and the outdoors, you will love Fern Hill!

Great stay

This place is very comfortable. The best part is the attention to detail from the hosts. There is everything one could possibly need. The kitchen is very well appointed. We found Fern Hill to be an inviting, cozy and comfortable home. It was evident that everything had been well thought out, from the homes layout and organization to the starter breakfast items. It truly felt like our home away from home. We’ll definitely be back the next time we are in the area!

Very clean, nicely decorated property. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The hot tub is an extra to be enjoyed. Also, the property has a good size yard. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

Our family arrived late at night and the rental house was easy to find. The front porch was lit, and spacious enough we didn’t feel we woke the neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. The house was gorgeous, modern, comfy/cozy and even had a few welcome home treats for us to snack on. Thank You Linda for all you did. We loved it.

We found the house to be very clean and accurate to a T to the listing. It was very well and thoughtfully stocked with both starter supplies and even new milk and OJ in the refrigerator. The location was convenient to the highway, but not that you'd hear any traffic. It was very well maintained and modernized with appliances that were top notch and not "contractor" models. Would definitely stay there again or would highly recommend it. The owners put a lot of care and detail into making you feel very at home and comfortable.

Wonderful Home and Location

We visited the area for a HS graduation and the house was perfect for our needs. Nice quiet location with all the amenities you could ask for. All communication with the host was quick and everything was as advertised. The host even went as far as getting us some "Congratulations Grad" balloons for our arrival. We would definitely stay here again when visiting family in Inverness!
