“Its extremely centrally located, which made it super easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The property was easy to check in and out from. I was in one of the small loft rooms, and the room was clean, there was plenty of space for me to spread out. My window overlooked the back garden which offered a sense of privacy, especially since I had the window open most of the time. Overall, a wonderful stay - would highly recommend, especially for a soli traveller.”

“A delightful well equipped upside down house hidden quietly away between main road and the seafront. The two balconies catch the sun during the day and amazing sunsets in the evenings, also small courtyard garden. Excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance, good bus service to Whitstable, Herne Bay and Canterbury.”

The whole house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The welcome cupcakes were delicious. It’s an easy 10 minute walk through the woodland to the beach. “Located a short distance from the railway station and Whitstable harbour, all well signposted. The accomodation located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Great little kitchenette, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits supplied which was much appreciated on our arrival and the prosecco was a pleasant surprise too. Loved the bathroom and shower. Everything you might need for a short stay. I most definitely will be visiting Whitstable again (I have family here)...

“Latimer House was a perfect Property to stay in for a Celebration. Exactly as listed it provided lovely accommodation for our Party of 7 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 12 to two and a half and the multiple bathrooms ensured that everyone was well catered for. The very pretty walled garden was used every evening of our stay due to sunny weather, with a BBQ also provided. “Es war sehr schön, wir haben es genossen! Bei Ankunft mussten wir erst bei der Reception nach einem Plan fragen, dann klappte es! Instruktion für Heizung wäre schön gewesen, es war bei Ankunft eiskalt... Leider hatte es keine Dusch-/ Abtrocknungstücher, mussten als erstes kaufen... Bett war bezogen. Innenausstattung sehr schön! Geschirr nicht ganz so sauber... Aussenbereich war sehr schön, dadurch dass es sehr regnerisch war, matschig...(man muss durch Wiese gehen, hat keine Platten oder...

“Wurden herzlich vom lokalen Manager John empfangen, unkomplizierte Übergabe. Haben sogar einen 2. Schlüssel erhalten. Erst beim Einrichten merkten wir, dass nicht sauber geputzt wurde: Kühlschrank dreckig! Tochter hat sofort geputzt damit der Einkauf eingelagert werden konnte! Dampfabzug tropfte vor Fett. Zimmer mit 2 Betten (UG) miefte feucht. Dachten zuerst man bringt den Gestank mit Lüften weg. Doch nicht, weil eine Wand zur Hälfte feucht war. So ist das Zimmer leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Für...

“Wonderful experience apart from two items that might have been helpful to know in advance: parking at a distance due to challenges accessing the property by road; the precipitous stair case which would be a significant challenge to anyone with even slight mobility challenges. However property wonderful; hosts very attentive.”

“Super mooie locatie in klein dorp. Perfect uitgangspunt om Canterbury te bezoeken. 10 Minuten met de bus. Mooi verbouwd "oud" schoolgebouw met een prachtige tuin. In de omgeving schitterende wandelingen te maken . Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Al met al een aanrader om naartoe te gaan. Wij hebben genoten!”

“Aufenthalt war ok aber diese gegen gefällt mir gar nicht überall fliegt Müll draußen,Paul war sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei der objekt gibt zwei große Mängel von diese Preis Wasser drücke ist sehr niedrig kann Mann kaum duschen Wasserhahn undicht im Bad Bereich,,, in dem Wohnung überall spinnen netz kann Mann für diese Preis ein Tag vorher eine Putz Frau bestellen und gründlich reinigen lassen Mit freundlichen Grüßen Schneider”
