“We were highly disappointed. Although we booked through Expedia, we are long time Marriott BonVoy members & this was NOT Marriott quality at all. 1st we got the wrong room. Hours after checking in, I went to front desk & heard a man checking in, last minute with NO RESERVATION & got the room that we were suppose to have!! Really?... 2nd, The hotel had NO TV SVC. “If you stay here, you better be prepared because there was nothing in the room except an iron and ironing board - no glasses, no hair dryer, no coffee in room or anywhere on the property. We needed a cup for water and I had to get the front desk to raid the breakfast closet. Otherwise the room was quite nice and had a kitchen. But to use it, you have to bring everything. We didn't take a shower because we didn't want to walk around with wet hair.
Nice room for one night.”

“The room had a strong musty smell from the moment I walked in, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the condition of the furniture and facilities was poor: there was a broken chair and the walls were visibly damaged.
