Alcuni aspetti da migliorare
Reception: avvisati saremmo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio, non troviamo nessuno per diversi minuti, nonostante aver suonato il campanello; una volta arrivata la receptionist, è stata piuttosto frettolosa e sgarbata. Camera: ampia, pulita e ordinata, ben arredata, materasso comodissimo e biancheria di alta qualità. Bagno: comodo, ben fornito, igienizzato. Ristorante: usufruito solo per la colazione inclusa nel pacchetto (non ci è stato nemmeno proposto all'arrivo!), per quanto la riguarda mancava solo di brioches fresche e qualche torta, per il resto tutto molto buono e sempre disponibile; locale abbastanza ampio per la clientela presente e abbastanza pulito. Misure anti-covid: chiesti i certificati vaccinali, ma non controllati con nessun metodo; pochi gli igienizzanti messi a disposizione; personale non sempre con mascherine.

Buon hotel.....ma .
Hotel è buono, il personale alla reception molto cordiale e rapido nel risolvere il problema. Lo staff delle pulizie dovrebbe avere più riguardo alle camere, le ho trovate ( la prima è anche la seconda in sostituzione della prima ) sporche . Dispiace perché il resto è buono.

Got a family room (2 floors) with well enough space for 3. Wooden floor and good cleaning. Only downpoint is the shower in bathtub with the curtain. Free parking in front of hotel. 5 min walk to town centre with some restaurants (as in-house one a bit "sad"). Good breakfast (almost no sweet things anyway)

Buon punto di appoggio.
Ho soggiornato una sola notte durante un viaggio in Germania e devo dire che la struttura è molto buona, posta in posizione ottima appena fuori dalle aree a bollino ecologico della città il cui centro può comunque essere raggiunto facilmente a piedi. Camera spaziosa, silenziosa e confortevole, ampia disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito.

Huge suite
Booked the suite and got a really huge 2floors room, very clean. Very satisfied of the room. Didnt try breakfast as too expensive. Free carpark all around the hotel, even if full when we arrived around 10pm. Then you can park on the streets around. Noisy young students on the aisles. Overall a great choice with a family, if suite price of same level (112 €)

ottimo hotel per visitare Monaco
Albergo comodo e funzinale, buona colazione, stazione della S bahn a 1 km, facilmente raggiungibile, poche fermate dal centro di Monaco. Peccato che l'ultimo giorno, domenica, l'orario per la colazione sia stato ridotto con termine alle 9, un po' presto per turisti in vacanza...

Carpark, good sized rooms, easy restaurant
Business hotel 5 min drive from the exit of motorway. Easy free carpark just in front of hotel. On the outskirts of the village of Herrenberg. In house local restaurant serving an all right food (could be better, but not bad anyway). Nice bar. A good hotel for a stop over. Rooms with wooden floor (always an extra point) and well sized. A bit overpriced for the area where it is (95 € per night incl breakfast), but still a good choice for one night. Very wide and tasty breakfast. Free wifi

Hotel comodo e pulito
hotel grande e pulito con camere spaziose, buona la posizione a 10 minuti di camminata dal centro, parcheggio gratuito. Receptionist gentile ma abbiamo avuto problemi al pagamento in quanto la camera era gia stata pagata ma non risultava dal sistema, ci hanno quindi prima addebitato il costo della camera e poi rimborsato.

I recently spent a few days in this hotel, I must say I was extremely disappointed by the level of the staff very poor knowledge of the surroundings and most of all unable to give suggestions of what to do and see in the area but the worst possible experience was with the restaurant, the schedule stated that the place was open from 4pm to 11pm we went there at 9,45pm and were told that the kitchen was already closed almost as a favour they gave us a dish ready made no drinks until after the meal no bread nothing at all & with nobody checking on us, finally we were given the bill with the free beers "only the food to be paid"

Camere o bivacchi?
Un vero disastro. Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere - una tripla e una a cinque letti per una famiglia di amici. Arrivati in albergo alle 17 la receptionist ci dice che il sito di prenotazione era in tilt e - nonostante la conferma da noi ricevuta - risultava solo la prenotazione della tripla...ma anche su questa c'erano problemi, e in realtà erano disponibili solo singole a cui aggiungere un lettino. La stessa cosa viene proposta ai nostri amici che si trovano costretti a dividersi. In tanti anni di prenotazioni online e di viaggi in Germania una cosa così non si è mai vista. Accettiamo la proposta perché siamo stanchi e i bambini più di noi. Andiamo a mangiare ma quando ritorniamo, verso le 10, la recpetionist dice che si è accorta di aver finito i lettini. Chiedo come mai ce lo dice solo alle dieci di sera. Mi guarda quasi infastidita e comincia a fare delle telefonate, dicendo che la famiglia di cinque persone può andare in un altro hotel vicino per lo stesso prezzo...sbalordita, dico che siamo un gruppo di amici in vacanza e non vogliamo separarci...dopo lunghe trattative, alle undici, su mia proposta, ci portano dei materassi da mettere nelle camere singole...per gli asciugamani però dobbiamo attendere mezzanotte e sollecitare più volte...Sembra che il personale alla reception non sia minimante preparato non solo ad affrontare le emergenze ma neanche a svolgere la normale amministrazione. La mattina dopo il direttore si scusa e ci fa uno sconto.

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Sauna wird nur auf Wunsch angestellt, also haben wir das ausgelassen.
