LARGE HOME WITH SEPERATE UNIT

Two story home with separate accommodation units available both top and bottom. Able to handle a large group up to 10 persons. Plenty of space for all to enjoy.

Upstairs has a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit that will sleep up to 6 person while downstairs has a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit able to accommodate 4 persons.
Fantastic location with easy access to all Hervey Bay has to offer including beaches, shopping and eateries. Foxtel and high speed internet available with this property.

Upstairs
Master bedroom with ensuite while further 2 bedrooms with access to main bathroom. Modern kitchen with island bench, dishwasher, electric cooktop and wall oven. Ceiling fans throughout with security screens.
Wraparound balcony to enjoy all the sea breezes on the northern and eastern sides.

Downstairs
Fully self contained 2 bedroom unit with main bedroom airconditioned. Tiled throughout with security screens. Open plan living / kitchen and dining with fan.
Covered patio with private backyard

Great location, large house
This property was plenty large for our group of 7 adults. The host was also super accomodating as we arrived earlier than originally planned and had trouble with the key box code. The bins however were beyond full and overflowing, on arrival the rubbish had been pulled all over the lawn by bin chickens. They had clearly been not emptied for a while as they were full of maggots. The wifi does not reach the lower unit meaning the smart tv was pretty useless.

Convenient and no fuss for a large family
Great for us. Bring your own supplies though. Cheap Uber to shops. Nice walk to beach. Comfortable and roomy. Good bathrooms.

Great family/group property to stay.
We were a family group & were very comfortable in this property. Being two separate spaces suited as the older couple used downstairs along with one teenager & other family members had upstairs. There was everything we needed in both units although as we were attending a wedding and associated functions we didn’t utilise all that was available. It is located in a quiet area and a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront, great fish & chips shop (Maddigans) & the best ice cream shop ever, as declared by the 6 year old! Communication with the owner was easy and responses were prompt. Would recommend this property and would definitely stay again if returning to Hervey Bay.

Family get-together
Good condition, good location and parking. Difficulty with tv in bedroom in lower flat. WiFi poor in lower flat which affected TV and had to go outside to use internet. Sliding doors need a little work. Overall worth the stay.

Perfect house for large group
We loved our stay in this house (both in the main house and the unit downstairs). It fit 2 families travelling together well, and with the open plan kitchen/dining and lounge we never felt squeezed in. The house was lovely and clean with clean bedding and towels provided. Kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals too. The only downside was communication regarding collection of keys and no after 5pm collection and only finding this out the day of arrival, which made our plans rushed to arrive ontime.
