The location is breath-taking, imagine waking up to the peace and quiet of the countryside and taking your morning coffee outside and being at one with nature. Just under 3 miles from Langley Castle and within a 20 min walk of the local village Inn, The Cart Bog. There are plenty of opportunities for walkers and cyclists. The John Martin Heritage Trail passes right by the door or visit the national Trust site of Allen Banks and Staward Gorge, a Victorian garden in a gorge of the River Allen cutting through beautiful woodland. For those seeking adventure, try wild water swimming on the River Allen, a 20-minute walk. The Northumberland National Park is a 20 minute drive, here you can walk Hadrian’s Wall and visit the Roman settlements, House steads Roman Fort, Vindolanda and the Sill National Landscape Discovery Centre.

The historic town of Hexham is under 10 miles with an array of shops, cafés, restaurants and attractions including Hexham Old Gaol and Hexham Abbey.
