  • Nuova casa sul fiume Snake con un molo privato! Puoi andare in barca, in canoa, in intertube o giocare in acqua. Niente folle! Questa è seriamente una posizione nascosta fiume / lago, una volta arrivato, vorrai tornare. Attraversa il prato e scendi fino al molo dell'acqua e della barca per un accesso facilissimo! Da qui non vi è alcuna rampa per il varo della barca, ma ce n'è uno a sole 2 miglia di distanza al Burley Marina. Da lì è meno di un miglio indietro attraverso il fiume e un po 'a monte della nostra proprietà.
    Questo è il nostro affitto per la terza stagione, abbiamo dovuto trasferirci di nuovo a causa della vendita di un altro immobile di nostra proprietà. ecco alcune delle nostre recensioni precedenti:


    "Abbiamo adorato questa casa. È spazioso, nuovo, pulito e ben fornito di tutto il necessario. Avevamo 19 persone e c'era spazio in abbondanza, avremmo potuto inserirne molte altre. È all'estremità tranquilla di una lunga fila di case sul lago e ci siamo divertiti molto in barca nel fiume. È un bel posto per il tubo e il wakeboard, in quanto il fiume è ampio e liscio. I bambini hanno adorato lo scivolo gonfiabile e hanno giocato sul grande prato. Sono davvero colpito da questo posto ". --- Jolie J.

    "La casa era molto pulita, moderna e ben arredata. I letti erano comodi ei bambini adoravano il fatto di poter pescare sul fiume. Inoltre, la sala giochi nel seminterrato era fantastica per i bambini. Ci torneremmo sicuramente !! " - Luisa H.

The house was wonderful, and even better than described for our large group! Everything was as described and so many extra touches to make it awesome for a large group. There were large picnic benches outside, plus a basketball hoop and playset for the kids to enjoy out in the spacious yard. We met up here for a wedding and shared the house with multiple sibling families so it perfect place for us to gather!

Wonderful!

We had a family reunion here and found it to be a lovely, fun, well-supplied, perfect home away from home. We had fun on the river, fun playing pool in the basement, enjoyed the great kitchen. We were glad we took camp chairs for outdoors.

Christmas Getaway

It was so nice to be in a place big enough for our whole family, where we could all be together for 3 1/2 days!!! The area was also very beautiful! The rooms were plenty big for everyone to enjoy! The kitchen was well supplied and she even had a Christmas tree put up just for us to enjoy the spirit.

The property was very nice overall. Clean and comfortable. It was very family friendly . Lots of outdoor equipment for the kids to use and a large yard . The dock was easily accessible and the kids (teens) loved jumping into the river from it. The only thing that could be better would be the Wi-fi but There is good cell phone coverage.

Amazing as always!

We just finished our 5th trip to the William's River House. The location is amazing and the house is great for a large group. The the extra fridge in the basement was a very welcome addition this year!

Family Vacation

The property was as listed on VRBO and the location was great, with ample parking, beautiful yard and landscaping. This location allowed for adequate daily shopping as needed, as well as touring the area. The river was great for the family and the use of the dock allowed for swimming, fishing & boating. Great Family Vacation!!!

Great Home away from Home

This was a great home on the river(seemed like a lake). We had 5 families for a cousin get together. Was very perfect! Everything we needed in the house and room for meals together:)

There are 14 of us in town for my grandfather's funeral. This home could not have been any more perfect for us to be together as a family. This home was incredibly accommodating. We'll definitely be back.

The property was absolutely perfect for our big family! Super clean and had a very well stocked with everything we needed and more. Tons of entertainment for kids of all ages. Plenty of parking. We had ZERO issues!!

Thank you for sharing this home with us. It was a wonderful weekend. We own Hendrickson's Fine Jewelry in garden city idaho and we wanted to get away with our staff so we could all get to know eachother on a personal basis. It was a fabulous place. Thanks again.

I worried if there would really be enough seating and space for as many people as they advertised. It was perfect for our family reunion of 17 people. There were beds and seating for everyone! Excellent large rooms for sleeping, visiting, playing games, cooking & eating, etc...The Yard was AMAZING! Toys, balls, and other equipment for all ages. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Watched pelicans and birds in the early mornings from the living room and the balcony! So Relaxing!The air conditioner was a little finicky so we used the fans to help. Most kitchen equipment and supplies were great. But not enough bowls or storage containers for left over food. Also, bring your own zip baggies for food or lunches. Very few available. The basement furniture was a little stained and outdated, but the pool table was a lot of fun. We loved the kayaks and rafts. Amazing to watch the 4th of July fireworks on the river!!!We had a wonderful week! Thank you for sharing your amazing home.

80th birthday

The house was a perfect place for our family to meet up to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. We had plenty of room for everyone (ages 10 mo - 80). We loved the big yard, play set, basketball hoop, & indoor games that kept everyone busy. Our favorite was having the dock on the Snake River & getting to enjoy all of the water toys! We would love to come back one day! Thank you!!

Wonderful place to gather for family time together

We used this home to gather our family who were coming to town to celebrate the 90th birthday of my mother-in-law. We had plenty of room to spread out for small group conversations or for gathering the entire family. The different levels of the home made it easy to allow quiet places for those needing rest while others chose to work on puzzles at the kitchen table or sat and visited on the couch. The kitchen is well stocked with nice kitchen tools for just about need. The extra refrigerator on the lower level came in handy as well. The hosting team was very accommodating to any need we expressed.

We had an overall decent experience with staying here. The two situational issues that arose from our stay. We were not able to use the kayaks as the listing promised. We were told on arrival that they were not currently registered so we were unable to use them. On our second night there was a screaming match happening in the home next door that is also owned by the property owners. The windows were wide open while they were having this massive argument, and it made enjoying the outside of the home awkward and uncomfortable while trying to enjoy the outdoors. We had no complaints about the home interior. It was clean and well kept up. Enjoyed our stay overall these were our two unfortunate aspects of our specific trip.

Beautiful home!

We loved this beautiful, spacious home! The following items would have added to our experience: Barbecue, steak knives, outdoor seating, and a hair dryer. You will also find a large bees nest in the tree by the garbage can. This is a great place for a large family!
