The music was lovely for all the other areas. We were hoping for a nice area outside to sit and relax- the sitting are is a couple of picnic tables just outside the front door on top of gravel-several times with smokers. “A van blocked the front entrance when I arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk person who responded, "I. know." That was exemplary of every interaction I had with her. There was an employee smoking at the entrance every time I went in and out. Nice cloud to walk through and the van was there when I left to have dinner much later. Breakfast was sparse. “The staff was very nice. The room was decent but we did have dry ramen noodles on the carpet. They had fleas in the room and we went to get snacks one night and my card was charged for the snacks but the worker made us put them back bc he said that I was t charged and the money would be back in my account by the next morning. It’s 2 days later and I still don’t have my money or the snacks I paid for. I would not stay there again if I could help it. ”

“Bugs!!!! Cockroaches crawling everywhere. Huge spiders crawling around and under the bed covers and I am still covered in swollen pus-filled itchy bites from other unknown bugs, Horrendous experience.”
