Il giorno prima ti inviano un link per accedere ad un form da compilare, ed il giorno dell'arrivo ti mandano un codice via sms e mail per sbloccare un locker contenente la chiave elettronica per accedere alle stanze.il locker si trova all'ingresso principale, mentre l'accesso alle stanze avviene da un vialetto laterale sulla destra. Camera adeguata x due persone, bagno un po' piccolo e lavandino minuscolo. La porta del bagno è in vetro smerigliato...

“This was the best hotel during our journey through Germany and Austria. Checks all the boxes for excellence. The room is large and very convenient with all the amenities. Views of the Rhein Gorge from the large windows are really spectacular. Their breakfast also has plenty to choose from. Their staff at the front desk and the dining area are nice and very helpful with smiles. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.”

“Precies wat wij zoeken bij een tussenstop rustig, goede kamer lekker diner met prettige prijs gezellige medewerkers en als laatste een heerlijk ontbijt met alles wat je maar kan wensen met de vraag hoe je je eitje wilde gekookt, spiegelei of roerei. Wel flinke hap dat roerei dus zeker meer dan 1 ei. Top we gaan er op doorreis dit jaar nog 3x heen en volgend jaar bij gezondheid weer 6 keer. Dat laatste zegt genoeg denk ik.”

“Freundliche, unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Fehlende zweite Bettgarnitur wurde sofort gebracht und die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Außerdem gute Erreichbarkeit, stadtnah und Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden, Größe des Zimmers für ein Wochenende vollkommen ausreichend. Hatten das Eckzimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf Burg und Kirche sowie die malerische Altstadt. Zum Frühstück kein Feedback, wurde von uns nicht dazu gebucht.”

“Sits on such a beautiful littel square. Want to send a special thank you to the young gentlemen on the reception. Since there is no elevator at this facility, he lugged up most of our heavy luggage to our room for us. On the morning we left it was before the breakfast at 8AM but he kindly prepared a couple of take away coffees for us.”

“La stanza ed il bagno sono ottimi, tenuti bene puliti, lenzuola e guanciali profumati, tutto questo spiega il giudizio positivo, anche la colazione merita più della sufficienza. Tutto questo viene mortificato da: - accoglienza pessima - porte aperte su ripostigli in disordine - cuccia per il cane a fianco del banco della reception, noi amiamo gli animali, ma la convivenza con loro deve essere una scelta non un'imposizione. - un sorriso, a costo zero, neanche a pagarlo oro - moquette sdrucita...
