Vista fantastica! The Perch (362677) è una casa isolata di tronchi in una strada senza uscita, completamente asfaltata. Rilassati su un portico avvolgente in una delle numerose sedie a dondolo con UNA DELLE MIGLIORI VISTE del Lago Chatuge, montagne di Brasstown Bald (il punto più alto in Ga) e viste al tramonto, le foto non rendono giustizia alla vista! Godetevi un pasto sul tavolo da picnic sotto il portico o un fuoco accogliente nella buca per il fuoco all'aperto. Tutti i comfort di casa con una casa di tronchi completamente arredata che dispone di biancheria, TV via cavo a schermo piatto e internet wireless. La casa 3 camere da letto ha una camera da letto con un letto king-size con un divano letto in una camera da letto, seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale la terza camera ha una regina. Al piano inferiore nella zona giorno è un futon matrimoniale, un divano letto doppio e una camera da letto king-size e 1 bagno completo. Godetevi un camino a legna al livello principale con una zona soggiorno separata, cucina, 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno completo. Questa casa, a soli 2 miglia dalla città, ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e ventilatori a soffitto. TV CABLE con canali SPORTS ampliati. STILL BEST VIEW

This was our second stay here. Though the trees have grown up a bit, it still a great place to sit on the porch and see the lake and the mountains. Very quiet spot.

Comfortable beds

Found pubic hairs on sheets. Beds never swept under. Found a “roach joint” under bed while looking for my socks. Need better cleaning supplies. Dishes were dirty and countertops greasy. Fantastic view!

Beautiful view

Enjoyed the cabin. It had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. The view is so beautiful. We sat outside a lot enjoying the view. We would rent again. The only issue was the drive up was a little steap but the view is worth the drive.

Amazing view/great cabin - needs to be better at guest treatment

The cabin and the view are really great. The Porch is a perfect spot to sit and admire the mountains, and the interior living spaces are generally cozy. The issue I had is how the managers (and there were seemingly multiple) made you feel as a guest. If you want a guest to feel welcome, then don't heap expectations on them, firehose them with long messages, and drop a bunch of fees. As many reviews as they have you'd think they would have learned by now how to make the whole thing seamless. Tell us what time the check-in is and then tell us the code. Easy right? Nope, they had a bunch of rules to get the entry code, including contacting them within a very narrow window or else... what? Oh and don't show up before 4:00 or else you'll be hit with a "25-50" fee. So you had to read their lengthy message before all of this to know you had to text them between 3:30 and 5:30. So we did text them at 5:35, because that is when we arrived and saw all of these messages. We had to wait for over 30min in the cold before someone got back to us. They also slapped a pet fee of 75 after the fact and is not noted on their listing. Regarding the beds, they have paper thin quilts, so definitely bring your own comforter. They also don't provide paper towels, because as she said "so we can keep our rates down". They just need to do a better job at making a guest feel welcome and less like a burden or an annoyance, and in the least, provide warm beds!!

Amazing View

The porch was amazing. The bar height rocking chairs were a game changer! The cabin is great. Everything was as described. It’s a beautiful area to stay in. It’s quiet and pretty and the people are friendly! The only issue was linens and towels had an unpleasant musty odor to them and they should be replaced.

Very nice and secluded. Roads are in great shape but, very narrow and a couple of tight turns. In my opinion pulling a trailer with ATVs or boat trailer up COULD be challenging for a number of people. Host is very easy to communicate with.

Perfect mountain cabin getaway

We love the serene, beautiful location! The cabin provided everything we needed! It was an ideal spot to visit all the places we wanted to see! Immediate response from owner to needs. Hiswasee is awesome place to be on Bell Mountain!

Perfect weekend at The Perch
