“I had a wonder stay at this guesthouse just steps away from Mitake station. Communication with the lovely host was efficient using google translate. The tatami room has an amazing view of the river and the futon bedding was very comfortable. There are many steep steps to get to the room, so be aware of that.”

“リビングはとても快適でした。 寝室が狭い感じがしたが、寝るだけなら何の問題も無い。 駅から近いのも良いと思います。”

“My family greatly enjoyed the property. I'm unfamiliar with the winery aspect mentioned. We didn't stay for purposes of a winery or tour. Communication could be improved by sending communications only in the language of the renter. It was difficult to identify important information within lengthy, multilanguage emails. ”

“清潔な室内”

“まず清潔感について。 2つある寝室のうち1つ(1F奥の部屋)は掛け布団、敷き布団ともにずぶ濡れ。無色無臭だったので水かな？と思いますが、気味悪くて使えず2Fの畳部屋に布団を敷いて寝ました。また、朝起床時にカーテンを開けようとして気づきましたが、カーテンが窓に挟まったままだったのも何やら不快でした。 次にアメニティについて。 ほとんどのアメニティは人数分揃っていましたが、歯ブラシだけはなぜか1つだけ。アメニティがある前提で泊まりに来ていたのですが、歯磨きをせずに寝るわけにはいかないので、近所のコンビニまで買いに走ることに。。 Rakuten Stayの利用は今回で3度目で、今回のように不備が続出するのは初めてだったので驚きました。単なるミス、というレベルではなく悪質な手抜きを疑われるレベルなので、清掃代行業者に依頼しているのであれば、変更した方が良いかもしれません。”
