“Building is relatively new and looks nice. The rooms were spacious. My experience was awful. I checked out after the first night of my 4 night stay. I booked 2 rooms one of them wasn't ready till well after check-in and when i got the room it wasn't even clean. Rooms barely had amenities towels toiletries ect. “Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces.
The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs.
Overall a terrible hotel.
The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding.
Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“Our room was dirty, there were fake eyelashes attached to the night stand, we saw it the next morning. Our toilet kept running but we didn't notice until bed time.
