Motel a Higginsville

“There was no desk attendant, only a kiosk with a virtual person who we checked in with. The room had a cockroach on our second night. There was left over trash/food in the fridge along with a humid feel to the air. The water pressure was poor. Bathroom soaps were empty. The beds were comfortable.”

“The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! ”

“When I arrived to check in, the clerk couldn't get anything printed. When I got to my room, the TV didn't work, called the front desk, no answer, was going out my door to go down to front desk, operator called back. She came up to my room and had to do several things to get it to work and it was a smaller TV. I continuously had to connect to the internet, not sure why. “Good enough place to sleep for cheap while traveling . Probably wouldn't bring my kids here but for myself and my husband it was good enough”

“Clean room”

“The room smelled fairly strongly like old smoke. Which is kind of a big deal to me being its supposed to be smoke free. Had a lot of dust and dirt in the corners and places. Thankfully the beds and bedding and towels and stuff looked clean.”
