Motel a High Country

“A nice family on-the-road stop. Highlights: easy access, quiet through the night, comfortable bed. Lowlights: 2 minute noodles were in the kettle from the last client, and the adjoining brick wall had about 4 or 5 finger-sized holes drilled into the brickwork, which were really a bit odd/creepy. We blocked them up with paper in case they were cameras? More likely just nail holes for artwork, although a bit low for that… but surely there’s a reasonable explanation. “We needed early access to our room due to a family function in Mansfield. The manager was very obliging and we were grateful to be able to swap out of our travel clothes. The motel is in a great location near the Main Street and the coffee shop/cafe next door is brilliant. The rooms are well maintained and quiet. I will return for sure.”
