“We stayed one night for Morgan Wallen. They were nice and let us check in early since we arrived early. Our room was decent and definitely recently renovated. But the floors, couch, chairs, end tables were all dirty. We ended up going to the store to get cleaning wipes and a small broom to clean the room up enough to be fairly comfortable. The sink and bathroom areas were all clean though. We didn’t use any amenities since it was for one night. Overall it was decent for a quick one night stay...

“Room had a terrible smell. The 4 rooms next to ours had a fire and had no windows or anything. My socks turned black from walking on the floor they were that dirty. Staff was friendly but the overall conditions were terrible. Sat on the bed it almost tipped over. Def”

“Quiet and private location. Gene is a great lady who gave me great local restaurant recommendations in downtown High Springs and she made check in experience a breeze. Rob is also wonderful who replaced my smoke alarm battery as soon as I told him. Taylor another lady was very helpful and respectful. Overall it was a great experience and when I visit again this hotel is where I’ll stay”
