“Josh was very helpful at check in and even provided an upgrade at no charge because he had another room available. The room and facilities were clean and kept up and the other staff were very friendly and welcoming as well. My grandson came to visit and enjoyed the ice cream and swimming in the indoor pool. ”

“Un gioiello nel mezzo del nulla !!! Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“Lights in the room set on a timer to come on every 2 hours, for the entire night. Nobody at desk after 11pm.
When I complained the next day, about the lights coming on at 1am 3am and 5am, the employee said “yeah we have people complain about that all the time”.
