Super clean room, I received an unexpected upgrade and it really was superb. Kitchen very well fitted out with everything you might need. The location is excellent and the property manager amazing. Quick with replies and I didn’t feel like anything was too much trouble.
The bed was so comfy and the pillows are the best I have ever slept on! The cleanliness throughout the property was fabulous. All in all a perfect 10/10 stay. Thank you

De Vere Tortworth Court is a beautiful and unique mansion, completely surrounded by nature, built over 170 years ago. We came to visit the Cotswolds, and this accommodation worked out quite well (it is a 40 mins-1h drive from the main villages).
Things I loved:
All the shared areas are well kept and organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good as well as the bistro and the cocktail bar in the library room.

Things that need improvement:
We stayed for 3 nights in a standard room, and it was okay. The room is quite comfortable and of a decent size, even though it’s quite old – I would suggest upgrading to a more premium room.
The bathroom needs maintenance… the sink was extremely impractical to use, as it had two separate faucets: one for cold water and the other for hot water.
As it is a very old mansion, the rooms are not soundproof, and we could hear every step and conversation from other guests.
There was no fridge in the room and no bathrobes or slippers provided for the spa.
The spa was disappointing. The main pool was cold, and the only available jacuzzi was too small and always crowded.
Overall I am happy about my experience and I would come back as it is such a unique and beautiful location!

Tre piacevoli notti. Camera ampia e spaziosa. Un bagno gigante con doccia enorme e vasca free standing. Hotel ricercato e non banale. Accogliente sala per la colazione con Un gustoso Buffett e se scegliete la versione completa anche un ricco menù alla carta con piatti preparati caldi al momento. Personale gentile e disponibile. Grazie

"La strada è facile da trovare, il parcheggio è ampio e comodo e c'è un minimart a pochissimi passi. La camera era molto ampia, dotata di tutte le comodità per chi viaggia elegante e ben stirato.
