“Had some ants in the bathroom but overall was a great stay. Staff and facilities were well maintained and attentive”

“During our stay, a car alarm of a car in the hotel parking lot started to go off at 3:30 AM in the morning. We notified the front desk and were told that they did not know who the owner was. When we called down later to let them know that the alarm was still going off, they said that nothing could be done. The alarm continued to go off until 5:45 in the morning. It was an incredibly disappointing stay.”
