The Space
This newly built, sparkling two-level home is available for the first time. Thoughtfully designed and never lived in, it offers a bright, modern, and spacious retreat in the heart of the Hudson Valley.

Main Level:
The main level features a gourmet kitchen equipped with every amenity, including a large peninsula perfect for gathering and sharing time with the cook. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with access to a spacious deck, ideal for BBQ grilling and relaxing while overlooking the expansive garden.

The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The living room boasts a gas fireplace, a large TV, and plenty of comfortable seating, creating a perfect space for conversation and relaxation. Open the French doors to the second-story deck and bring your gathering outdoors!

The principal Queen bedroom suite is located on this level, complete with a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a stone-floored shower, double vanity sinks, and a walk-in closet. This private retreat also has its own TV.

Two additional Queen bedrooms are situated at the opposite end of the floor, each with large windows that offer serene views of trees and greenery. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Lower Level:
The lower level features a massive private suite with a Queen bed, a cozy sitting area with a TV, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and French doors leading directly to the garden. A crib is available, making this setup ideal for families with young children.

The home’s private, set-back location provides peace of mind for families with small children—there are no nearby roads or cars, and you can easily watch them play from the upper deck or large front windows.
