“We enjoyed our stay at HIE again. We stay here all the time when we fly in and out of Mpls. Rooms are very nice, large and clean. Staff is great, and the shuttle service is very good also. They also have a good breakfast that's included with the room, best we've had at any hotel. We had to take off to early this time for our flight, so didn't get to enjoy it. I did a good cup of coffee to go though. I highly recommend staying here, especially when traveling!

“The beds are extremely hard! Keep in mind that I like hard beds, but these were ridiculous. I think sleeping on the floor would have been better. I am a side sleeper and literally had to move at least every 3 minutes (that’s being generous), even my 60lb 10 year old couldn’t fall asleep. There are no where near enough outlets and the few that they do have are in odd places. The tub was dirty and the water pressure sucks!”

“It's okay I guess if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep, but I've stayed in nicer places for about the same price. You can tell the rooms, even though they are clean, are given the bare minimum maintenance wise. The bathroom light sometimes just didn't turn on, the carpet is pulled up at certain areas, the bathroom wall looked torn in certain parts.
