“Check in did not go well. We came in very late from a delayed fight. 2:30 am. They had difficulty finding a room for us. At first they were saying there was no room available, a room I had prepaid for and would not have gotten a refund for if we had not made it in that morning. They finally found a room that was empty but listed on the computer as not available. They sent a worker up to check to make sure it was clean, they said it was and we got a room at 3:00am. During check in we had to pay...

“The beds are extremely hard! Keep in mind that I like hard beds, but these were ridiculous. I think sleeping on the floor would have been better. I am a side sleeper and literally had to move at least every 3 minutes (that’s being generous), even my 60lb 10 year old couldn’t fall asleep. There are no where near enough outlets and the few that they do have are in odd places. The tub was dirty and the water pressure sucks!”

“The staff was excellent and was extremely helpful. I will not go through Expedia anymore because they charged $50 more than the other room that we got when we arrived. The hotel was very clean. There should be a brief explanation on parking because it's very confusing on where to park when arriving because you need to go in first to get a room key in order to park in the hotel ramp.
