“This is my favorite place to stay when we visit family in Chicago. The staff is always so nice and helpful when checking in and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The property is well taken care of and peaceful. Would recommend this place always! ”

“The property and rooms look nothing like what is pictured on the website. The website says full breakfast, there’s only coffee. The bathroom was so small it is ridiculous. The property is run down looking, the only decent place was the main office. ”

“Pool was open late and breakfast was good! Staff was very friendly! Only downside - property was under construction which made parking very difficult as there were limited spaces and I had to park in the office lot next door one night. ”

“If your not a member you pay for the breakfast,room didn’t have a microwave and if you like privacy in the bathroom not possible the door are sliding no locks and see through glass but other than that staff was friendly room was so great and they do have shuttle buses if needed.”

“En general el hotel es vinito y limpio, me gusto el gym aun que no me gusto que no hay microondas en las habitaciones y si quieres calentar algo hay que salir hasta la recepción o de tras del gym donde han puesto uno ”

“Le camere sono molto spaziose e questo è sicuramente un vantaggio. Anche il personale della reception è valido. Purtroppo abbiamo notato che, sebbene il livello di pulizia sia nel complesso buono, la struttura non è curata nei dettagli e risulta essere talvolta obsoleta. LA COSA PEGGIORE PERÒ, NEL 2022, È IL WIFI A 13 USD A NOTTE. Non è accettabile ormai... ”

“Excellent room, dining was very nice (great apply, walnut and beet salad at the restaurant and great beer options), nice and attentive staff. Could grab a water downstairs at any time and the options to find a space to hang with a colleague to chat were ample. ”
