“The hallway is under construction and it was a terrible mess! The air conditioner blows in your face, next to the bed. Pillows are not clean. The breakfast was very good. ”

The main reason I booked this hotel was to use the pool, but it was closed during my stay, which was never communicated beforehand. I also completed online check-in and selected my room nearly 24 hours in advance. When I arrived, I was assigned a completely different room.
