“Everything was good.. spent 3 days for Chicago.. Parking was Great... Check in was easy.. little hard to understand the lady at the front desk for checking in.. room was good size.. handle on sliding door for patio was broke told them when we went to get pizza.. gone for about 3 hours and when we came back it was fixed!!!, only thing was there was no holding bars in the bathroom.. for toilet and shower... overall a 4 out of 5 .. (4 because of no holding bars) ... breakfast is not free..McDonalds...

“Rooms are very modern and well put together, and the location can’t be beat. You’re near the heart of the city and just a few blocks from the water. The staff were amazing with their hospitality, they recommended many great dining and entertainment options to check out during my stay. Our fire alarm had an issue, and the staff fixed the issue and even upgraded our room for us free of charge! Couldn’t have been more pleased, and don’t forget the two restaurants attached - amazing. Try the Ube...

“The room was clean. We decided to stay an extra night and they were able to keep us in the same room and we were grateful for that. They had cookies when we checked in and cold water. The staff was helpful in directing us to places we needed to go.”
