Parrish Hill-Walk to Main Street Cottage, Highlands, Carolina del Nord

Tutti i cliché standard funzionano solo per questo walk to town cottage ... carino, caratteristico, accogliente, conveniente e molto altro ancora.  Così vicino alla città ma sembra così appartato.  Rilassati sull'altalena della veranda o intorno alla buca per il fuoco durante le fresche notti delle Highlands. L'ampio soggiorno ha molti posti a sedere per riunirsi attorno al grande camino in pietra e godersi il gioco sul grande schermo della TV.  
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e altri due letti singoli.  La camera degli ospiti ha due letti matrimoniali.  Esperienza che tutte le Highlands hanno da offrire con i suoi negozi unici e ristoranti di classe mondiale a pochi passi.

Relaxing time in Highlands

Great place to stay. Cozy house secluded in the woods on the edge of town. Very clean well furnished place. Very inviting from the moment we walked in. They had music playing and lamps on to welcome you. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait until we can return to Highlands to stay there again.

Cozy!

The house was perfect for our family. The only issue was I’m everything was through text message with the rental company. We asked for umbrellas( to see if there were any in the house somewhere before buying them) and I never received a response. Otherwise, the house and property were fantastic.

Wonderful cottage

We had a great time … great location, loved the fireplace, fire pit, owners had the house all set for us like they were welcoming us Home - very hospitable.

Home is very dark. Little closet space. No sidewalk to town. Owner should organize kitchen. Old sheets. On the positive side, great fireplace. Beds comfortable . Fire pit was great. All in all very mediocre

Family trip for Baptism

We came to Highlands for our Godson's Baptism and this property was absolutely perfect! I have 2 small kids (18 mo and 3) and they loved it! I was cozy and clean and so close to Main St. We'll be back!

Parrish Hill review

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. My wife and I and our two sons who are 16 and 18 stayed there for the weekend bfore Thanksgiving. We found the place very clean, and it was well appointed for cooking. The indoor gas fire logs were much enjoyed as was the outdoor fire ring. The cottage is within easy walking distance to any place you would wish to visit downtown, but the landscaping around the house made it feel very private. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay there, and we would happily refer friends and family there.

Lovely mountain escape

Everything was as advertised - adorable cabin and great location! Only a couple of things to note - the bedrooms were colder than the main living areas and it took awhile for the heat to warm them up, would recommend getting the heat going right away if it's chilly. Also, there was a Keurig but no K-cups. Fortunately we were able to buy some at the store. Very minor, though. It was great and would come back again!

Charming cottage, Great location.

Such a charming cottage! Upon arrival, the string lights and the porch swing were so welcoming! The cottage had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. This was such a neat trip and the house made it memorable.

Perfect Cottage Close to Town

This cottage truly felt like "old Highlands" with beautiful original woodwork on walls, ceilings, and even doors. The beds were very cozy and the living room/dining area provided plenty of room to spread out. It's located on the Post Office end of town and easy to walk to the attractions on Main Street, though we usually drove because our kids are quite small. Would love to stay here again sometime!

Fantastic home in Highlands!

We had an outstanding stay in Highlands at Parrish Hill!! The location was perfect. We were easily able to walk to Main Street and various other areas of town, but we felt like we were tucked away in our own private retreat. The lot itself is treed and private, but we were super close to everything we needed! We walked to the grocery store nearby, gas station, and to Main Street all very easily. We were here for Thanksgiving, and the home had everything we could possibly need (and more) to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner! We stayed here with another couple and their 2 year old. The space was ample for the 5 of us. We loved Highlands, NC, and when we come back, we definitely plan to stay at Parrish Hill again! We all agreed that it was everything we needed! It was clean and beautiful! There is a fire pit outside, as well, where we were able to make smores and sit around the fire in the evening. There is plenty of private space around the home for little ones to play outdoors! The beds in both bedrooms were super comfortable too!! We couldn't ask for more! Thanks for letting us stay at Parrish Hill!!
