NESSUN COSTO DI PULIZIA !! Contattatemi ora per entrare in lista d'attesa! Spettacolare, vista montagna panoramica di tre stati (North Carolina, South Carolina, e Georgia). Questa villa di lusso si trova su Wildcat Ridge (sopra Wildcat Country Club a Highlands, Carolina del Nord) sulla parte superiore di Whiteside Mountain (una delle più antiche montagne del mondo). È la casa più alta della zona, situata proprio accanto al terreno di servizio forestale per una maggiore privacy e un facile accesso ai sentieri escursionistici. PER FAVORE mandami una email se non vedi disponibilità immediata. C'è sempre la possibilità di farti arrivare quest'anno o il prossimo.

La nostra casa ha tutti i comfort: Smart TV, Tivo, Blu-Ray, lettori DVD in soggiorno e tre camere da letto. premium via cavo e ad alta velocità, accesso wireless a Internet in casa e sui ponti. Docce con almeno due teste doccia e la pressione dell'acqua eccellente. Due persone vasca idromassaggio con vista panoramica. Numerosi ponti con una varietà di mobili da giardino. Weber grill e camino esterno. garage chiuso. Riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata, così come ventilatori a soffitto. Tutti gli apparecchi moderni e spaziosa lavanderia. La casa è ben fornito (asciugamani, lenzuola, sapone, carta igienica, sacchetti di immondizia, asciugamani di carta, detergenti, ecc). Il frigorifero ha purificato acqua. Illimitate chiamate a lunga distanza all'interno di Stati Uniti continentali.

ALL reddito da locazione va direttamente a mantenere e migliorare la casa, e miglioramenti vengono effettuati ogni anno.

La posizione della proprietà non ha prezzo. Veramente ha prezzo. Si affitta la casa in modo che possiamo mantenere in famiglia per molte generazioni.

Il soggiorno minimo è di una settimana. I soggiorni sono da Sabato a Sabato (check-in alle 3:00 pm, check out alle ore 10:00).

Never Disappoints

After almost 30 years of choosing this as our "carved in stone" time of year my whole family comes together -- Whiteside Villa has functioned as our second home. We treat it as such and our gracious host continues to surprise us from year to year with updates and improvements. The only thing that never changes is the view, the history and the charm. It never disappoints.

A house & mountain views

Lovely well maintained home in great up to date beautiful condition with all amenities and fantastic mountain views. Situated in a private secluded area but only 15 minutes from either Highlands or Cashiers over paved well maintained roads. The architecture of the house is unique and charming.

Always perfect

Immaculate, beautiful, comfortable. And this is just the inside. Outside there are incredible views of three states, sunrise through sunset. It makes me happy. Can't recommend it highly enough. Anne is easy to work with and very prompt.

Outstanding mountain views

If you’re looking for incredible long-range mountain views then you definitely will want to stay at Whiteside Villa. This is the most unique house on the side of the mountain with a direct close up view of Whiteside Mountain. Anne is the most superb host! The house is always incredibly clean and well maintained. She takes great pride in doing upgrades in the house every year. I can’t say enough about this wonderful property. :).

Haven in the Clouds

Whiteside Villa never disappoints. For almost 30 years this has been my family's place to relax and recharge. All the up to date amenities of modern life with the same 30 mile view enjoyed by the original settlers of HIghlands. The best of both worlds and no better place to be on the Plateau.

Paradise on Whiteside

We have rented this gorgeous home for many years, and it never disappoints. The home is magnificently furnished and immaculate. No detail for the ultimate vacation is left undone. A short distance out of the front door leads you to the Whiteside Mountain hiking trail. The home is conveniently located between Highlands and Cashiers with plenty of privacy. The views from the wrap around deck are breathtaking! We simply cannot get enough of this beautiful home. We look forward to returning again in fall.

Heaven in the mountains

Rock Stars and Movie Stars continued........

This is our third time staying at Whiteside Villa but certainly not our last. In a prior review I said this is where rock stars and movie stars go to for a retreat. There is really no way to adequately describe this home. Its an architectural gem. The views are simply stunning with long range layered views that are changing constantly. Its located in a private gated enclave with direct access to Whiteside Mountain park which is some of the best hiking in the area hands down. The bathrooms are entirely another story. One with a Jacuzzi tub surrounded by glass for an experience and view few will ever experience. The other a stone grotto floor to ceiling stone shower that is absolutely invigorating as it is beautiful. We travel extensively and have stayed at many fine homes but this is our favorite one hands down. There is an energy in this home that is indescribable but undeniable. Staying here at Whiteside Villa is beyond any expectations. It exceeds them. Anne is a first class host/owner and no attention to detail is overlooked. Its a house that feels like a home the minute you set foot in it. This is not just a retreat or vacation.....its an experience. Thanks Anne for sharing this home.

It just keeps getting better

It's my 24th year here. Each year there are thoughtful improvements in the house. Comfortable, quiet, solid. My kind of fancy. Built with a vision and maintained to the same level. Comfy beds, very cool bathrooms. Big TVs. The view outside is phenomenal. Stop trying other houses and stay here. You won't regret it. The owner is a dream - communicative, responsive and helpful.

Indescribable !!!!

There are really no words to summarize an experience in this "wonder home". The views, the vibes, the uniqueness are unsurpassed. I can only recommend you scroll through the photos and multiply that by infinity. You simply cannot capture the overall essence of it all, exterior and interior. And let's talk about Anne, your hostess with the mostest. She makes you feel at home before you ever arrive and all throughout your stay. She goes out of her way to make sure your experience is beyond perfection. And it was! We feel beyond blessed to have stumbled across this magical place and manage to snag a week.

Amazing views at Whiteside Villa!

There is no way that words can describe the views here. You are directly adjacent to Whiteside Mountain and the surrounding views are unsurpassed. Anne is the BEST property manager imaginable. The house is always immaculate and she’s only an email away should you need anything (which we normally don’t). Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation is here. :)

Up in the clouds

This is the 2nd time we’ve rented this property. A truly unique house - both its architecture and setting. This house is situated at one of the highest elevations for a home in the Highlands area and has an extraordinarily expansive view. This property has been very well maintained. We will return.

Never ceases to amaze

Our first visit to Whiteside Villa was when our children were in elementary school. Now in their early 30s, they both make their way back from LA and DC to spend time with us here every year. While the house is updated every year, the spectacular view remains the same. And the memories last forever.

A heavenly vacation

Our family has stayed at Whiteside Villa for many years and each stay is wonderful. Every comfort and detail is seen about by the owners. The house is always immaculate and beautifully furnished. Each time that we leave, we can not imagine that it could be any better. But the owners always surprise us with new updates every year that make it even more perfect. The view from the deck is breathtaking. The house is private and situated on the top of Whiteside Mountain. Just a few steps out of the front door and you will find yourself on the popular Whiteside Mountain hiking trail. The house is conveniently located halfway between Highlands and Cashiers. You will not be disappointed if you choose to vacation at Whiteside Villa. It is truly heavenly.

WhiteSide Villa is a true Mid Century Modern treasure nestled on the Southwestern or “Nose End” of WhiteSide mountain. Better every year

This house keeps getting better and better. Beautiful, immaculately maintained, yearly improvements, and unique. Comfortable, all the conveniences of home and none of the hassle. Blissfully quiet with a view unlike any other. I'm inside working on my laptop. Outside the window are three states. Best corner office ever.
