“Beautiful. The watergardens are so peaceful and the longer walk to the waterfall for swimming was worth the climb. Our " house" was beautifully decorated and breakfast was great with all we could want. A hidden gem well worth the trip.”

“The staff were wonderful. We were late in arriving but staff made the check-in process smooth and easy. We were in unit 1 which has a view of the bay and a wonderful outside sitting area with a bbq. Linens were nice and beds comfortable. The heat pump worked well when we needed air conditioning or heat. The staff were very helpful during an unusual heavy rainfall event to make sure we were safe and had everything we needed. We would stay again if we are back in the area. Hot water beach and...

“This has been one of our best stays in new zealand so far . The owner was very friendly, took us to our room and explained everything to us , unlike some places give you a key and you find your way . The views were beautiful. Would stay again and definitely recommend 😀 ”

“The unit was musty when we arrived. Had to open all doors and windows to get fresh air in the room, looking back we should have gone to management and swapped rooms. Signs of mould on ceilings. Mattress is that springy it sags in the middle. Would not stay there again. Room number 2.”
