Welcome to your perfect getaway nestled in the heart of Quadna Mountain Resort Townhomes—an all-season haven for outdoor adventure and lakeside relaxation. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome is thoughtfully designed to accommodate families, friend groups, or couples seeking comfort, convenience, and style. With walkable access to resort amenities and endless outdoor recreation just beyond your door, this is your ideal Northern Minnesota escape.

Please let me know if there is anything that will make your stay better. It is my goal that this space be an escape and retreat for you however I am available at all times for emergencies and during standard hours to answer and resolve any non-emergency issues.

It is extremely helpful to have good contact information available for a member of your party in the event I need to contact you to resolve issues or provide information. If we need to stop by for any reason I will do my best to contact you ahead of time but we will keep any disruptions to an absolute minimum.

Hill City is the perfect destination for all of your favorite out door recreation activities. We are tucked on the south end of Hill Lake directly adjacent to walking, biking, snowmobiling and ATV trails. Hill City is home to 3 Public Parks, a beach on beautiful hill lake and several small locally owned eating establishments with something for everyone! Come enjoy the fun, quiet life in the woods!

Quadna is a peaceful & quiet lake community.
~All guests must be considerate of others in the neighboring area. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated.(quiet hours are between 10pm-7am).

Dock space is limited—please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring a boat.
Shorter or extended stays available upon request. Inquire for custom rates and cleaning fee adjustments.
All bedrooms are located upstairs—please plan accordingly.

The use of parking spaces is limited to two in front of the unit. If additional parking is required please contact your host
Operation of recreational vehicles, specifically ATVs , snowmobiles and golf carts shall be restricted to marked roadways only for the purpose of reaching the trail system so designated for their use. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to drive recreational vehicles on townhouse property. If documented complaints are received, additional charges will be assessed
No parking or operation of any vehicle is permitted on any other part of the commons area. (Grass covered areas are specifically noted).
No long-term dock storage is permitted (longer than 7 days). During peak season and holidays, renters should restrict their use to one day unless expressly agreed otherwise
Pool use is restricted to owners and guests and is limited to the maximum number of persons staying on property who may occupy that unit
All glass containers, including beer bottles, are prohibited in pool area. Please use the acrylic glasses in the unit for any beverages taken to the pool. The penalty for contaminating the pool is the cost of cleaning the pool, additional charges will be assessed. Other rules are posted at the pool.
Common walkways must be kept free of toys, bikes, sporting equipment or any other types of clutter at all times. Foot traffic, maintenance and emergency personnel must have unimpeded access 24 hours a day.
Please DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet
No cooking oil down any drains
PLEASE BE CAREFUL NEAR THE LAKE AT ALL TIMES
The Fireplace is NOT available for use. Do not use at any time for any purpose
No Smoking of any kind indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors take care to dispose of any smoking related refuse responsibly - a $200 penalty will be charged for violations or debris discovered and disposed of by our cleaning crew
No Parties or Events without express permission - please contact us to confirm
There is NO garbage disposal; do NOT put food, oil or debris down sink or any drains
Any game or fish cleaning must be done outdoors, PLEASE USE THE FISH CLEANING TABLE by the dock - violations will result in a $200 penalty to cover additional cleaning costs
