Quadna resort offers a beautiful 9 hole golf course, outdoor pool, easy access to Hill Lake, easy access to hundreds of miles of atv and snowmobile trails, and so much more ! Hill lake is a 900+ acre lake that is known for its great fishing, and is perfect for all your water fun activities!!

The space
The condo offers plenty of room for the whole family! Completely remodeled with nice modern farmhouse finishes! The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, subway backsplash, new countertops, and gold hardware with a breakfast bar that seats 4! The dining area also has a table that seats an additional 4!

The living room offers a propane fireplace to keep you warm, a coffee bar with multiple different flavors of coffee, a 75” tv perfect for watching sports games or a family movie! (Twin size roll away bed with memory foam mattress, and a queen size air mattress for additional sleeping)

Bedroom #1 offers stunning views of hole #1 with a queen size mattress, 58” tv, night stands and lamps! It also offers a large sliding door where you can walk out to the large deck and have your morning coffee with some of the best views of the golf course!

Bedroom #2/bunk room welcomes you with a sliding barn door, full size bunk bed, side table, 40” tv, and memory foam mattresses! Bunk room does not have window.

The bathroom offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, an extra large vanity plenty of space to get ready, and has all your needed accessories!

The deck is perfect for entertaining and has plenty of seating for everyone! A propane firepit, 65” smart tv, and just 8 steps down to the golf course! Plenty of yard space for all your outdoor games, steps from a community wood fire pit (wood available for purchase) and an old boardwalk leading to Hill Lake where you can sit and enjoy, fish, and even drop a kayak or canoe!

Interaction with guests:
I will always be available if guests have questions, and am only 10 miles if guests need something

Other things to note:
All properties managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to spend your time waiting to check-in at any front-desk. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 3pm.

Friendly Reminder
No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. Violators will be fined $250 for in-room smoke/vape damages. Smoking/Vaping is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the building to keep smoke from trailing inside.

NO LARGE PARTIES OR EVENTS. Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.

Our location is privately owned and rented by individual host (please treat it like it's your own), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay.

Property rules
• Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend
• Quiet hours are 10P.M to 8A.M
• Golf is not free. Guests have to purchase that separately.
• Atv/snowmobile trails on sight!

The property only has 4 parking spots. If guests have more please contact me

The bedrooms don’t have closets, however we have a front entry closet that fits plenty of clothes.
