Tranquillo Creekside Cottage nel cuore delle bellissime Black Hills

Cottage # 6 a Storm Mountain è un nuovissimo baita artigianale in pietra e tronchi immerso in un bellissimo prato a Spring Creek. La cabina si trova proprio accanto a Spring Creek. Gli ospiti di questo cottage godranno della vista sulla facciata del torrente direttamente dalla vasca idromassaggio. La cabina dispone di una cucina completamente spaziosa con bar per la colazione, soppalco, grande sala e patio con tavolo da picnic, vasca idromassaggio e barbecue.

Situato in posizione strategica nel cuore delle colline, a solo un miglio da Hill City. Siamo nelle immediate vicinanze del Monte. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park e un'eccellente varietà di ristoranti, cantine, birrerie e negozi nelle vicinanze.

Well appointed cabin from bedding to kitchen. It was so cozy just as the weather was turning. The hosts were fabulous about helping with a couple of questions we had! Highly recommend these hosts and this location.

Its a very nice home with a nice view. The younger children were super excited to sleep in the "loft". The home has a nice layout for the whole family to hang out. There is plenty to do in the surrounding areas. We had a wonderful weekend getaway!

Cabin was as listed, comfortable, clean and very spacious (2 couples). Very close to Mt Rushmore, Custer, Wind Cave and the hot tub was a pleasure to sit in after a full day of sightseeing. Bridget let us know we could check in early since cleaners were done and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend this cabin for a visit to the Black Hills.

Nice place overall, if you can accept living with 90s entertainment options. WiFi is shared with the other 6 cabins, and is abysmally slow. You will not be able to stream or work remotely. The master bedroom TV is linked to the living room, so you will have to watch the same channel as what is being viewed there (we never watched anything-- way too complicated to figure out, and I am a software architect). This wouldn't be so bad if the DVD remote batteries had a charge, but they did not (both DVD players had this problem, and were powered by coincell batteries). Other than that, it is a pretty nice cabin

Spacious with beautiful 'cabin' touches. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was clean and ready for us!The owners were responsive, even on a Sunday! Location was fantastic for many great adventures - Sylvan Lake, Needles Hwy, Monuments and the Mammoth Hot Springs site- amazing spot!

Had a great stay! Cabin location and amenities are perfect. Close to all the top attractions the Black Hills have to offer. Close to everything with hardware store and food market less than a mile away in Hill City. Back porch faces mountain and a meadow where we watched several deer. Randy and Bridgette are wonderful hosts! Very responsive and even delivered us a pair of binoculars for the wildlife viewing when we forgot to pack ours. Only downside is the short driveway to the cabin is gravel which can be tricky on a motorcycle. Otherwise, wonderful stay and would definitely reserve again!

Great family vacation

We just spent a wonderful week at the cabin with 5 adults and 2 kids. It was a perfect set up. The kitchen had everything you could imagine. The yard was great for the kids to run around, chase balls. Every morning and evening we could see deer in the distance. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

This was our first big vacation with my side of the family and we had a blast. The cabin was amazing and was perfect for us. There was plenty of space inside where you didn't feel like you were on top of each other. The kitchen was perfect for all of our breakfasts and lunches. We really liked the patio with the awesome view. My kids loved seeing all of the wildlife that would go by towards dusk. It was a awesome experience and one we will not forget!

Central Location to Black Hills Attractions

We loved our stay! The house was clean and well maintained. The location was close to Mt. Rushmore, Sylvan Lake, Custer State Park, and Needles Highway. Hill City was a nice town with a good selection of restaurants. The home itself was perfect for our family. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub was a hit and the kids loved to watch the wildlife in the backyard.

Family fall break

I highly recommend this cabin in the hills! The location is so close to Sylvan Lake and the Needles Highway (a must visit for us every time) but still close enough to get back and forth to Spearfish Canyon for a hike. The cabin itself was spotless and the kitchen is stocked with any cooking pot/pan/gadget you could ever need. 10/10.

Great trip with friends

We were in Hill City for a wedding. The cabin was well stocked, quiet, and had ample parking and a hot tub. It was close enough to town to shop, but far enough out to be peaceful. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful Cabin and property

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was a favorite with the adults and kids. Perfect home for multi-generation family vacation. The creek in the back and the property were beautiful. Close to Hill City and all the area has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Family Vacation

Beautiful cabin! We received a call on our way that we could access the property early. We were sight seeing on our way so we didn’t make it in early though. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 min away for groceries but there is a market right up the street from the cabin. It is exactly as described/pictures and very clean. It’s in a great location, near all the sights and activities. We enjoyed the grill and the hot tub too!!
