The room was clean, bathroom was small but adequate, the terrace from the second floor had two chairs and two small tables but looked straight at the concrete wall of an adjacent building. The central location, one block off highway 29 was convenient to the north and south ends of Napa Valley and the Silverado Trail. “The Charles was fantastic!!! Arrival was welcoming, as though we were old time friends. The main part of the house was clearly recently remodeled and painted, all while keeping with the old time charm of the house. Our room was large, and we never felt cramped. Breakfast was so good that we kept bringing it up during the day. And the scones are not to be missed!!! It is now our go to place in Napa. Could not recommend higher.”
