Whether you're sipping a morning coffee while overlooking the water, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, or gathering around the campfire for s'mores with the kids, there's something for everyone. Grill up some delicious burgers with family and friends, challenge each other to ping-pong, foosball, or board games, or unwind by streaming your favorite shows near the cozy electric fireplace.

Surrounded by trails, lakes, and wildlife, this cabin is a perfect retreat for a nature-loving family.

Ragged Mountain Ski Area, Winnipesaukee and Newfound Lakes, and the Smith and Pemigewasset rivers are all close by, with the Lake and White Mountain regions just a short drive away.

This cozy wooden cabin features an open space layout, ideal for family gatherings and relaxation. On the first floor, you'll find an open kitchen, dining area, and living room, all flowing seamlessly together, along with a half bathroom for convenience. A sunroom with a foosball table and a futon offers a great spot for relaxation or fun.

Stairs lead to the loft, which overlooks the space below and offers a charming retreat. The loft includes a king-size bed and two twin beds tucked into an alcove separated by light curtains, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

2 futons - (in the living room and in the sunroom) provide additional sleeping space, allowing the cabin to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.

Please note that the cabin has an open space design, with three beds (one king and two twins) in the loft upstairs and two futons on the main floor.

The cabin is a year-round retreat, offering beautiful foliage in the fall, ice skating on the lake in the winter, and plenty of summer activities. And for those who love to ski or snowboard, Ragged Mountain Resort is just a 12-mile drive away.

Outside, there's ample parking for multiple cars in the driveway, along with an RV hookup for guests who want to bring along their own home on wheels.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the two kayaks and a fishing rod during their stay.

Bedding for the upstairs beds and towels are provided, but if you plan to use the futons, please bring your own bedding.
The cabin has good water for washing and showering, but guests should bring their own drinking water.
The last mile to the cabin can be rough, we recommend driving AWD SUV to get to the property
